Natural white wine from the Alt Penedès, made with minimal intervention. A blend that brings together three of the most traditional varieties from Penedès: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada. It is a dry white wine that offers freshness and acidity. Its delicacy in aroma and flavor, combined with a moderate alcohol content, makes it a versatile wine for various occasions.
On the palate, we find notes of fennel and pear jam. Perfect for pairing with seafood, accompanying a paella, white fish, and enhancing the flavor of cured cheeses. It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 °C.
