Natural red wine from young vines made 100% with Garnatxa, with a moderate alcohol content of 13% vol., characterized by its lightness, smoothness, and fruity profile. It has undergone a short aging period in old French oak barrels, which does not impart wood aromas but does contribute balance, finesse, and subtle depth.

- Nose Clean and expressive aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. The old barrel contributes a sense of harmony and a more polished aromatic profile, without toasted notes.
- Palate Very soft and fresh entry. Light body and silky texture, with very fine and well-integrated tannins. Dominance of fresh red fruit, with a smooth, fluid mouthfeel. Balanced finish with a touch of minerality and subtle depth thanks to the brief aging in old French oak.
- Pairing White meats (chicken, turkey). Light dishes and tapas: croquettes, omelettes, roasted vegetables. Mild cold cuts and soft cheeses. Tomato-based pizzas and pastas. Mild or lightly spiced Asian cuisine. Also perfect to enjoy by the glass thanks to its lightness and drinkability.
